TALES OF TOFIELD
This long out-of-print local history book has been privately re-printed and is now available for purchase. Unlike the online version on the Town of Tofield website, this new reprint includes photographs.
In the interest of economy, this printing has a soft cover, but the original text and pictures remain the same; modern print and the cover are the only differences. Copies are available for at the Library for $35.00 each, with an additional $11.00 postage for mail-order within Alberta or $14.00 postage for mail-orders outside of Alberta. (Canadian funds. Cheques should be made out to "Tales of Tofield.")

With a valid library card from any member library in either Northern Lights, Yellowhead, Peace or Marigold library systems, users can place requests online, renew materials, and check the status of loans. Rural readers are no longer limited to the contents of the local library, or the hours of service available there. All members have access to over 2 million books and other materials.
The privilege of in-person use of nearly every library in the province, free access to expensive subscription based collections of information, interlibrary loans -- these are the most visible benefits of membership in Northern Lights Library System.
