Northern Lights Library System

Many additional services are available to patrons of Tofield Library via our membership in the Northern Lights Library System.

With a valid library card from any member library in either Northern Lights, Yellowhead, Peace or Marigold library systems, users can place requests online, renew materials, and check the status of loans. Rural readers are no longer limited to the contents of the local library, or the hours of service available there. All members have access to over 2 million books and other materials.

The privilege of in-person use of nearly every library in the province, free access to expensive subscription based collections of information, interlibrary loans -- these are the most visible benefits of membership in Northern Lights Library System.
